From April 23rd until April 26th, 2025, Wing was one of over 100 chainsaw carvers from around the US and the world to participate in the 24th Ridgway Chainsaw Carvers’ Rendezvous.
Check out images of Wing’s carvings from Ridgway. The Rendezvous is much more than a marketplace for selling wood carvings. It is live carving demonstrations for the public, education and experience for new and veteran carvers alike, and most of all, it is a family. We all share our love for trees, wood, and making objects of beauty and curiosity.
In the world of wood carving, no other event brings together so many like-minded souls. For four days carvers work, create, interact with the public, and have fun side-by-side. And at night the carvers reconvene in town, most likely at Jordan’s Grill, for food, drinks, and more commraderie.
